This marketing site (oushvaa.com) is provided for informational purposes about the Oushvaa platform. No platform access, no commercial transactions, and no contractual obligations are created by browsing these pages.
Access to the Oushvaa platform — Procure (oushvaa.ai), DrugIQ, MedevIQ, BiologicsIQ — is governed by a Master Services Agreement (LEG-001) executed between Oushvaa Technologies and the customer institution. Trial and design-partner access is governed by a separate evaluation agreement. No anonymous access is provided.
All content on this site, the canonical entity graph powering the platform, the regulatory data integrations, and the analytical methods are the intellectual property of Oushvaa Technologies. Customer-derived data and customer-specific configurations remain the property of the customer institution as defined in the executed MSA.
The Oushvaa platform operates under a tiered-access model: an open, citable reference floor (catalogue and safety data, searchable without an account) with premium intelligence, bulk and programmatic API access, and the full corpus gated. Bulk data downloads and automated scraping of gated data are not permitted. Verified academic access to the full corpus opens in 2027 under institutional verification — see the Trust page for details.
These terms, once published in final form, will be governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration seated in Kerala, India, subject to specific carve-outs negotiated in executed customer agreements.
